This is our first time engaging wallux for their service attended by cynthia & vince. We installed motorised blind for our main living room and manual blinds for the dining room. This is my second time order from Wallux and the salesperson representative, Cynthia is friendly and helpful and accommodating to my needs, from selecting the material to delivering the curtains. I have engaged Wallux to replace my existing venetian blinds as they old and mechanism was not working well. They were quick to respond and came to my house fast to take the measurements. Also gave my a variety of colours to choose from. Their pricing which includes installation was very reasonable and I will definitely recommend them. The quality of service provided by Wallux is excellent. When informed of an error in the pasting of the wallpaper, they rectified the issue as soon as the stock was available.
